The ABCs of a Movement Aficionado

I’m a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer living in beautiful Denver, CO. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2015, and a dual B.S. in Neurobiology and Biomechanics From Penn State in 2012. I’m also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

As an oft-injured high school and collegiate track athlete, I became fascinated by what made some people seemingly invincible and others crumble like glass when exposed to high training loads. This interest led me to study, and subsequently fall in love with, many other movement disciplines, including powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, yoga, pilates, and climbing. It has also stoked a passion for all things manual therapy, including spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and trigger-point dry needling.

I’ve experienced almost every orthopedic overuse injury so YOU don’t have to. I’ve made damn near every training error in the book so YOU can avoid them. I’m excited to be the sherpa along your movement journey. Let’s get to work.
